We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and summer months. That said, we often accommodate same-day and next-day requests — just call or text us to check availability.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included. We show up, set everything up professionally, and come back to break it all down when the event is over. Free delivery across LA and surrounding areas.

Standard rentals are 4–6 hours. Need more time? We offer extended rentals and overnight options for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking.

Yes. All of our inflatables are safety-inspected, commercial-grade, and fully insured. We are licensed and insured in the state of California. Safety is our #1 priority at every event.

Yes, we require a small deposit to secure your date. The balance is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

Safety comes first. We monitor weather closely and will contact you if conditions are unsafe for outdoor inflatables. We offer flexible rescheduling at no additional charge for weather-related cancellations.

We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and packed dirt. Grass is ideal, but we bring the right anchoring equipment for any surface. Just let us know your setup location when booking.

Absolutely. You can add tables, chairs, canopies, or additional inflatables up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability. Just text or call us to update your order.

We primarily serve all of LA County. We can accommodate events in Orange County, the Inland Empire, and parts of Ventura County for an additional travel fee. Contact us for a quote.

Yes! Our mechanical bull has adjustable speed settings — we run it on slow/gentle for younger riders. A trained operator is always present and the inflatable safety mat surrounds the entire unit.
